30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your Belumera product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must have been purchased directly from Belumera.store
  • You must provide your order number and reason for the refund request

You do NOT need to return the product to receive a refund. We trust our customers.

How to Request a Refund

Include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your refund request
  • A photo of the product if it arrived damaged or defective

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@belumera.store with a photo of the issue. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@belumera.store.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, before they are processed for shipment. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@belumera.store with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee.
