Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States. No minimum order value required.
Customs & Duties (Canadian Customers)
Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to customs duties. For US customers, orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Belumera is not responsible for any customs fees or delays associated with international shipments.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@belumera.store. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including reshipping your order or issuing a full refund.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Belumera is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@belumera.store and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
